Are you wondering why your box hasn't arrived yet?
As mentioned on our website and in your shipment notification, due to COVID there has been shipment delays experienced by some of our customers. With more and more people shopping online, there was a surge in mail delivery this year! We know this is extremely inconvenient but are confident Canada Post is working hard to try and get deliveries out as soon as possible. I know they have even been working evenings and weekends to try to tackle the huge volume of parcels.
As a small business we rely on the systems of carriers like Canada Post to get parcels from our shop to our customers. We do our best to get things out the door quickly, but after that your gift is in the very capable hands of a mail delivery company!
You are more than welcome to contact us directly if you have any questions, but we would also encourage you to check your tracking number regarding the status of your delivery. If the delivery method you selected did not come with a tracking number, please follow up with your loved one to see if they have received their package.
